Job Description:
Louis, MO Processor - Driver Recruiting Hogan Hogan is currently seeking a Processor for our Driver Recruiting department.
Responsibilities include but not limited to background checks, data entry, filing, and maintaining driver files.
Education, Skills and Experience High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
College degree preferred Minimum of 1 year experience in transportation preferred Good oral communication skills preferred Good attention to detail, and ability to create and maintain a schedule Decisive and confident in judgment, must be able to make decisions.
Be a self-starter, and work well independently with limited supervision.
Other skills that are required: Computer skills: AS400 experience (preferred) Processing MVR's and Work History reports (Hire Right/preferred) Must demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Must demonstrate the ability to work well under pressure Must maintain confidentiality in daily operations Must be able to work in fast paced environment and be a team player!

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
